Culinaries

Herbarium's culinary products are hand-made with high-quality natural materials, most of which have been respectfully collected or harvested from our land in Peñalolén.

They do not contain preservatives or artificial colors. We have invested all our care and love in them, hoping that whoever receives them shall also receive the harmony, peace and sensuousness we felt while making them.


The Fine Herbs
Leaves harvested during the spring and summer, when they have the highest content of essential oils and, therefore, the sharpest flavour. Naturally shade-dried and packaged intact in cellophane envelopes containing approximately 20 grams of herbs: rosemary, chives, thyme, oregano, tarragon, basil, fine herbs mix with or without garlic, mint, lemon balm, sage, lemon verbena, anise hyssop and boldo.

The Apricot Jam
From our January (summer) harvest, to spread on toast at tea time.

La esencia del verano: frutilla, frambuesa y mora con un toque de albahaca.
Para endulzar nuestro otoño e invierno.


The Country Eggs
From our happy hens, fed with maize, marigold and clover from our own fields. Eggs with light blue or pink shells, with a bright orange yolk.

Los jardines, el vivero y el taller del Herbarium están abiertos al público de lunes a viernes entre las 8 y 17 horas.
Cerrado sábado, domingo y feriados.
SABÁTICO: ABIERTO EL PRIMER SÁBADO DE CADA MES, DE 10 A 16 HORAS
ENTRADA LIBERADA
El Herbarium es un espacio amable y accesible para silla de ruedas y coches de niño.
Estacionamiento dentro del lugar.
